Experience the Amazon with all five senses! An intense, authentic, and transformative journey.

This is no ordinary trip. It is an immersion into the Peruvian Amazon—navigating four of its major rivers, engaging with local communities, exploring the jungle by day and night, observing Amazonian wildlife, and discovering why millions dream of visiting this corner of the planet. Over the course of four days and three nights, you will enjoy experiences that blend nature, culture, gastronomy, adventure, and community, all while staying at the Amazon View Lodge, a riverside lodge located in the Barrio Florido community on the banks of the Amazon River.

Welcome in Iquitos. Our team will meet you at the airport or your hotel to kick off this great Amazonian adventure.

Nanay Market and Tourist Pier. Our first stop is one of the most authentic spots in the Peruvian Amazon. The Nanay Market is a hub where residents from Amazonian communities gather daily to trade products brought from every corner of the jungle. Here, you can discover exotic fruits such as *aguaje* (*Mauritia flexuosa*), *camu camu* (*Myrciaria dubia*), *cocona* (*Solanum sessiliflorum*), and *copoazú* (*Theobroma grandiflorum*). You will also sample some of the Amazon's signature flavors, including Amazonian *suri* (*Rhynchophorus palmarum*), grilled caiman, and *tacacho con cecina* (mashed plantains with smoked pork).

Navigating the Nanay River. We will board our boat to travel the dark waters of the legendary Nanay River. Along the way, we will pass beneath the impressive Nanay Bridge, considered the longest bridge in Peru.

Navigating the Momón River. We will continue our journey by entering the beautiful Momón River, surrounded by tropical vegetation and landscapes that look like something out of a documentary.

Los Boras Native Community (Momón River). We will visit a Bora community and learn about aspects of their culture, traditions, and ancestral relationship with the river and the rainforest.

Piranha Aquarium. We will visit a site where we can see some of the Amazon's most amazing fish species. The star attraction is usually the famous electric eel (*Electrophorus electricus*). We will also observe piranhas, *palometas*, *acahuarazú*, and other species representative of Amazonian aquatic ecosystems.

Artisanal Workshop for Aphrodisiac and Medicinal Drinks. We will learn about drinks made from Amazonian tree barks, traditionally used by local inhabitants.

Confluence Phenomenon. We will reach the point where the dark waters of the Nanay River meet the waters of the Amazon River. For several meters, the two currents flow side-by-side without fully mixing, creating a unique natural spectacle.

Amazon River Cruise. We will begin our journey along the world's largest and most voluminous river—a true natural highway connecting thousands of Amazonian communities.

First Amazonian Lunch.

Art and Community or Free Afternoon. While gazing at the Amazon River, you can paint a handicraft carved from *topa* wood by Amazonian families, or simply relax in our refreshing swimming pool (please choose one option).

Dinner at Amazon View Lodge

Night walk. At nightfall, the jungle reveals a different side. We may spot Amazonian tarantulas, praying mantises, stick insects, amphibians, and many other nocturnal species.
