Bring cash if you wish to purchase souvenirs, snacks, and extra drinks, as not all establishments accept digital wallets (Yape, Plin, or credit and debit cards).
Pack waterproof clothing or a rain jacket (optional), sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent, and sunblock.
A minimum of two people is required for this tour package.
Reserve your package by paying 100% or 50% of the total price. This allows us to organize the tour smoothly and guarantee its quality. You can pay via bank transfer at no extra cost, or by credit/debit card with a 5% surcharge.
Rates are non-refundable. You can use the package for up to one year, subject to agency policies and availability. If you are unable to travel, you can transfer it to a friend or family member at no additional cost.
If one or more passengers cannot attend, please understand that the services have already been arranged based on the initially confirmed number. Therefore, no refunds or reductions of the total amount reserved will be issued unless you notify us well in advance. Iquitos Experience Tours E.I.R.L. reserves the right to modify the order of the days on which the tourist activities will take place, guaranteeing compliance with everything mentioned and offered in this itinerary.
Tours are subject to itinerary changes due to factors beyond the control of the company and the guides, such as rain, strikes, and similar events. We offer assistance to resolve any issues.
If, at the time of pickup from your hotel, the traveler is not at their accommodation, does not answer calls or WhatsApp messages, they will be considered a no-show, and the tour will continue without the right to claims or refunds.
Iquitos Experience Tours E.I.R.L. is not responsible for lost or changed flights for any reason by any airline. We offer assistance, but no refunds will be issued.
The company assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or misplacement of personal belongings at the end of the service. All incidents must be reported immediately for proper attention. Claims made hours after the activity has ended will not be accepted and will not be considered our responsibility. Passengers are advised to check their belongings before their return.
Early check-in is permitted at no extra cost only if your room is available. Otherwise, you must store your belongings at reception and proceed with the tour (this applies only to the first three hotels on the options list). On the last day, you must leave your belongings in storage before departing for the tour (in the morning).
